This course is designed to prepare PALS providers to disseminate the science, skills, and philosophy of resuscitation programs to participants enrolled in AHA PALS courses. Admission to this course is selective. Only those PALS providers who have been recommended as instructor potential candidates from a previous PALS provider course may register.

Recognition

Successful completion of this course provides American Heart Association PALS Instructor recognition. New candidates must be observed by an AHA Training Center (TC) Faculty member while teaching, and align with a TC before an instructor recognition card will be released.
