This course is designed to teach the "what you need to survive" information of neonatal assessment and resuscitation. Respiratory distress syndrome, meconium aspiration, pulmonary hypertension, congenital heart disease, sepsis and various congenital abnormalities will be reviewed during this eight-hour course. Unlike "typical" NRP courses, all lectures and lab information are presented from the perspective of the EMS/transport environment.

Recognition
