Emergency Medical Dispatcher
This course, certified by the National Academy of Emergency Medical Dispatch, will help you master emergency medical dispatching on the front lines. You will learn how to handle difficult callers, identify the correct chief complaint, assign needed resources, effectively communicate between responders and callers, and provide life-saving support.

Successful completion of the program provides certification by the National Academy of Emergency Medical Dispatch, and 16 hours of continuing education credit recognized by the State of Missouri and 4 hours of continuing education credit recognized by the State of Illinois.
